Abstract

Usaha mikro sektor makanan tradisional, seperti pedagang jajanan pasar, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan usahanya di tengah perubahan preferensi konsumen dan kompetisi pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dynamic capability dan literasi keuangan terhadap business sustainability, dengan inovasi produk sebagai variabel moderasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 125 pedagang jajanan pasar di Kota Malang, dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (Smart PLS 4).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dynamic capability dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Inovasi produk memperkuat pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut, sehingga menunjukkan peran penting inovasi dalam mendukung daya saing dan ketahanan usaha tradisional.Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model keberlanjutan usaha berbasis kapabilitas internal, serta kontribusi praktis berupa rekomendasi program pelatihan terpadu bagi mikro. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang eksplorasi lebih lanjut terhadap faktor eksternal dan pendekatan jangka panjang untuk validasi dampak intervensi
