Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dalam sektor jasa keuangan telah melahirkan fenomena InsurTech yang merevolusi sistem operasional, distribusi, dan pelayanan dalam industri asuransi global. Di tengah laju Revolusi Industri 5.0 yang menekankan personalisasi dan kolaborasi manusia-teknologi, perusahaan asuransi dituntut untuk bertransformasi secara adaptif guna memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis InsurTech dalam membentuk masa depan industri asuransi di pasar global, khususnya dalam konteks integrasi teknologi cerdas, respons regulasi, dan dinamika perilaku konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis terhadap publikasi ilmiah dan laporan industri internasional yang relevan, serta analisis konten kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tren utama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi InsurTech meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas akses pasar, dan mempercepat inovasi produk asuransi berbasis data. Menurut McKinsey & Company (2021), perusahaan yang mengadopsi InsurTech secara menyeluruh dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas hingga 30% dibandingkan model konvensional. Sementara itu, Schwab (2016) menegaskan pentingnya human-centric innovation sebagai inti dari Revolusi Industri 5.0, yang menempatkan nilai sosial dan etika dalam transformasi digital. Kendati demikian, tantangan seperti keamanan data, ketimpangan digital, dan kepastian hukum masih menjadi hambatan implementasi global. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan industri, regulator, dan pengembang teknologi untuk membangun ekosistem asuransi digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di era industri 5.0.
