Abstract

Kesetaraan gender merupakan agenda global yang terus diperjuangkan, khususnya dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di era Society 5.0 yang ditandai oleh integrasi teknologi dan human-centric innovation (Fukuyama, 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana transformasi manajemen SDM era 5.0 dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mempercepat tercapainya kesetaraan gender di organisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dan data sekunder global, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa digitalisasi HR, automasi rekrutmen berbasis AI, serta implementasi model kepemimpinan transformasional adaptif berpotensi mengurangi bias gender struktural (Liao et al., 2017; Chamorro-Premuzic et al., 2019). Namun demikian, teknologi harus diimbangi dengan penguatan budaya organisasi yang inklusif dan kesadaran kolektif untuk mencegah reproduksi bias algoritmik (Bogen & Rieke, 2018). Implikasi teoritisnya menunjukkan perlunya integrasi model manajemen SDM berbasis gender equality dan teknologi cerdas, sedangkan secara praktis organisasi perlu mendesain kebijakan berbasis data analytics yang menekankan fairness, diversity, dan empowerment. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada literatur gender dan manajemen SDM era 5.0 serta memberikan arah bagi pengembangan HR strategy menuju terciptanya organisasi yang inklusif dan berkeadilan gender di masa depan (Brougham & Haar, 2018).
