Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menekankan integrasi teknologi cerdas dengan kesejahteraan manusia, termasuk keseimbangan emosional dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk mencapai kinerja optimal organisasi (Fukuyama, 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pentingnya keseimbangan emosional dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan SDM di era Society 5.0 melalui studi literatur dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital seperti artificial intelligence (AI) dan Internet of Things (IoT) telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, namun tanpa pengelolaan emosi yang tepat dapat menimbulkan stres digital, kelelahan kerja, hingga menurunnya produktivitas karyawan (Shneiderman, 2020; Brynjolfsson & McAfee, 2014). Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu mengembangkan strategi manajemen SDM berbasis human-centered innovation yang memadukan teknologi dan pelatihan keseimbangan emosi agar tercipta lingkungan kerja yang sehat, produktif, dan adaptif di era teknologi cerdas. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada fokus integrasi keseimbangan emosional dengan teknologi dalam konteks pengelolaan SDM era Society 5.0, sehingga memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis untuk pengembangan manajemen SDM masa depan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
