Abstract

Di tengah dinamika bisnis global yang semakin kompleks, kelincahan karyawan (employee agility) menjadi kompetensi kunci untuk memastikan organisasi tetap adaptif dan kompetitif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi employee agility dalam periode 2021–2025, khususnya pasca disrupsi global. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 62 artikel yang ditelusuri melalui basis data Scopus, sebanyak 14 artikel terpilih dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa employee agility dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis individu (seperti motivasi intrinsik dan sikap adaptif), dukungan organisasional dan HRM, penggunaan teknologi digital seperti Enterprise Social Media (ESM), serta konteks krisis yang mendorong fleksibilitas kerja. Kajian ini juga menyoroti bahwa employee agility tidak hanya menjadi hasil dari intervensi organisasi, tetapi juga bertindak sebagai mediator penting dalam efektivitas pelatihan dan adaptasi organisasi. Implikasi praktis mencakup perlunya investasi dalam kompetensi digital, pengelolaan stres digital, serta integrasi pembelajaran berbasis kerja. Selain itu, kajian ini merekomendasikan arah penelitian masa depan yang lebih luas dengan pendekatan multilevel, longitudinal, dan integratif antar-disiplin. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan strategis bagi pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang responsif dan berkelanjutan.
